The packed agenda for LIVE 2025 – the one-day event showcasing the latest thinking in technology, digital and customer innovation across retail and grocery – has been revealed.
The sessions at the event – which brings the two powerhouse publishing brands The Grocer and Retail Week together for the second year – cover a broad range of topics, allowing visitors to hear from an unparalleled speaker lineup featuring leaders from the biggest and best-known retailers and grocers across the UK.
It includes a panel discussion covering ‘AI, the budget, cybersecurity, data governance: what’s keeping digital retail leaders up at night?’ with Paula Bobbett, chief digital officer UK at Boots and Tamara Rajah, chief transformation officer at Holland & Barrett.
There will also be an interrogation of whether rapid delivery is ‘the future or a flash in the pan’, with Co-op e-commerce director Chris Conway and Need It For Tonight CEO Simone Oloman, plus an investigation into whether retailers have truly tapped their data with insight from Asda VP of data & analytics Simon Jury and John Lewis head of retail transformation Peter Finegan.
There will be a fireside chat with Ocado Retail chief commercial officer Amit Chitnis, who has been credited with helping the online pureplayer ‘rediscover its mojo’, and an interview with Thierry Garnier, chief executive of B&Q and Screwfix owner Kingfisher, who will be sharing wisdom drawn from 30 years in retail including 20 in senior roles at Carrefour.
Away from the main stages, attendees can take part in deep-dive workshops and debate solutions to shared problems, offering multiple opportunities for networking, using digital badges that swap contact details in an instant.
LIVE 2025 will take place on 11 February 2025 at the Business Design Centre, London. To find out more, peruse the programme and book your place, visit the LIVE website.
