Londis has finished centralising its frozen range, the final part of its three-phase strategy to make itself more of a one-stop shop for retailers.
Its centralisation of the 400-strong range, which includes staple frozen lines such as chips, pizzas and ready meals, follows similar moves with key categories bakery and confectionery.
Centralisation would deliver better margins for retailers and enable them to order direct and benefit from loyalty payments, Londis said.
Meanwhile, Londis has also launched a range of mid-tier ice cream tubs. The ice cream comes in four flavours: Cookies & Cream, Rocky Road, Caramel Biscuit and Lemon Crunch (rsp: £2.50 for a 500ml tub).
