Scottish supplier Mackie’s has secured distribution deals to make its crisps available nationally in Canada.
The Aberdeenshire business, which also makes ice cream and plans to expand into chocolate, has signed deals with United Natural Foods in Eastern Canada and CTS Food Brokers in Quebec.
Mackie’s launched in Western Canada last year and sells its crisps in over 20 countries. It said Canada was now its biggest export market.
