Speciality pâté producer Castle Maclellan has spruced up its range with six new products and updated packaging.
The new variants are oven roasted chicken with tarragon; Scottish smoked seafood; luxury salmon; oven roasted mushroom with garlic and thyme; organic pork with wholegrain mustard; and organic cheese and chilli.
Packaging now highlights ingredients rather than serving suggestions, and carries a revamped castle logo.
Md Colin Warden said the moves spearheaded plans to diversify into meal solutions. The company has invested in new premises, machinery and packaging technology.
