Magnum is introducing a £5 Easter egg in January to join its Marmite and Pot Noodle eggs, which were launched last year.
The Unilever brand also planned to launch a bigger £10 Magnum Easter egg, but a spokesman said this was pulled because “they couldn’t get listings”. He added the business was “very happy” with the positive response to the smaller egg, which is a hollow milk chocolate egg with three ‘mini’ versions of the brand’s white, dark and milk bars.
Unilever, which has partnered with Kinnerton Confectionery to create the trio, is supporting the products with press and social media advertising.
