Albert Fisher's £70m fresh produce division Greencell has been purchased for £1.4m in a management buyout. The company represents the earlier merger of the Saphir Group, Wentworth Import/Export, and Jacques Onona. It has closed the prepacking facility at Spade Lane in Kent and transferred work to a third party and to its facility in Spalding. MD is Henri Lambriex. {{FRESH PRODUCE }}
