Sussex-based off-licence chain M&O Trading has posted a hike in full-year sales and profits following new store openings.
M&O, which trades under the Hartleys, The Offie and Mulberrys fascias, grew sales by 41.7% to £17m in the year to 30 November 2011. Pre-tax profits leapt 74.6% to £303,566.
M&O opened 14 stores in the year as it expanded beyond its Brighton stronghold. It now has 49 stores, with plans to own 60 by the end of 2013.
