Marks & Spencer has sold its former satellite store in Cardiff for more than £20m. The sale, to a private Northern Irish investor, shows a yield of 6%. Acquired from Littlewoods by M&S as part of a 19-store portfolio, the 96,000 sq ft unit in Queen Street has been let to Next on a 25-year lease at £1.25m a year. Hartnell Taylor Cook acted for M&S.
