Marks and Spencer, under new property chief Chris Williams, is looking to raise a further £250m from selling off property. Property already sold or on the market includes Body Shop and Pizza Land outlets adjacent to M&S stores in Edinburgh, and arcades, shops and offices in Chester, Kingston and Reading.
