Premium tortilla brand Manomasa - developed by former Intersnacks MD Calum Ryder - is rolling out three new flavours.
Available from the end of May (rsp: £1.99/160g pack), the new bagged snacks are a tomatillo salsa totopo, a manchego & green olive dipper, and a green lemon and pink pepper corn tostado with three beans.
The launch comes three months after NVM Private Equity invested £3.5 million in the Gateshead-based business to develop its manufacturing capability and NPD.
Launched last March, Manomasa - which won a gold award at the The Grocer 2013 New Product Awards - is stocked in more than 350 independent stores, Whole Foods Market and Ocado. The new lines are being distributed by Cotswold Fayre, Hider, The Cress Company and Tree of Life.
