Britvic has launched the hunt for a new CFO after online fashion retailer Asos poached current finance chief Mathew Dunn.
Dunn, who joined the supplier in 2015, will leave Britvic in April 2019 and has also tendered his resignation as an executive director.
The soft drink manufacturer had now started its search for his successor, it said in a stock exchange update on Tuesday 23 October.
Dunn oversaw much-improved sales growth in 2017-18 as the J2O maker invested heavily into sugar-free, stabilising the supplier despite the uncertainty surrounding April’s sugar levy.

He helped the supplier deliver a sales rise of 7% to £1.52bn in 2017 as core brands such as Robinsons increased market share.
“Mat has made a significant and positive impact since joining Britvic three years ago. I would like to thank him for his important contribution and wish him well in his new role,” commented Britvic CEO Simon Litherland.
Dunn said: “It’s been an absolute privilege to work for Britvic. Over the last three years I have enjoyed working with Simon and the team immensely.”
