Maynards is bringing its mischievous Sour Patch Kids sub-brand to TV for the first time.
The ad, which debuts this Monday (17 June) is part of a £2.6m UK investment for the brand this year, which includes digital, outdoor and cinema. The 20-second commercial shows a cyclist colliding with a picture of a bridge put in the road by a cheeky Sour Patch Kid who then offers the cyclist a plaster - in the ‘sour then sweet’ spirit of the sweets.
