Merrydown will stop making cider after more than 50 years of production.
The company is to close its site in East Sussex at the end of the year, which will also mean it will stop making its Shloer fruit drink.
It will be outsourcing production to concentrate on marketing its brands.
It is currently in talks with three different companies for the cider production.
