Moore joins from Halfords where she was group people director

Midcounties Co-op has appointed Clare Moore as chief HR officer.

Moore joins from Halfords where she was group people director and has previously worked for Barclaycard, Rolls-Royce and Aston Martin Lagonda.

Moore will take up her role later this year when she will be tasked with aligning the society’s people and business strategies, whilst enhancing colleague development, rewards and career opportunities.
