Well that’s precisely why the decision by Mondelez to introduce Belgium to chocolatey NPD using Tensator’s Virtual Assistants could be a masterstroke by the confectionery giant. The virtual assistants had “real stopping power”, said Mondelez in-store activation expert Frank Hoeckx. More importantly, he added, “we see it as a way of delivering real sales results”.
