Müller has launched its own retro revival, bringing back Müller Corner flavours from its back catalogue.
The limited-edition six-pack which features two each of the Mississippi Mud Pie, Strawberry Crumble and Lemon Cheesecake variants will hit stores on 5 September.
Over the past 12 months, Müller Corner value sales had increased by 4.8%, compared with a 3.5% growth in total adult yoghurt sales, and six-packs had made a significant contribution to Müller Corner’s success, said Müller Dairy marketing director Lee Rolston. “We thought a great way of celebrating the continued success of the Corner brand would be to pay homage to some of the most innovative and wonderful classic Corner flavours.”
He added six-pack sales had increased 16.5% and were now the most popular format, accounting for more than half of all Corner sales [Nielsen Scantrack GB MAT 52w/e 9 July 2011].
