Mutti UK has appointed Louise Jobson as head of category & shopper marketing.

Jobson has joined Mutti with a wealth of experience in the fmcg sector.

Her experience comes from leading industry manufacturers such as Pepsi, Diageo, Reckitt and Heinz, collaborations with all main UK grocers and recent consultancy roles at Deloitte.

Her role will be instrumental in supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans, driving game-changing category and shopper marketing initiatives in collaboration with key customers, the brand said.

She will also work to help Mutti achieve its goal of becoming the number one brand in the UK ambient tomatoes category.

Jobson’s appointment has come at a time of notable growth for the brand, Mutti said, claiming it had increased in both value and volume and contributed £6.8m in branded value to the category.

The brand has also widened its distribution this year, most recently securing a new listing with Tesco in May 2024.
