When was the first time you got drunk? My brother and I organised a party when my parents went on holiday. More than 100 people turned up and things got a bit out of hand. We got away with it, though! I drank most things that night but I think it was the gin and Appletiser that finally got me.
What was the first music single you bought? Tainted Love by Soft Cell when I was 12. I became a huge fan for a while.
What did you want to be when you were a kid? Definitely a vet but James Herriot had more to do with that than any thing else. I was never any good at science so that was that.
What's your favourite book and why? E by Matt Beaumont. It's written purely in email about an ad agency in the run up to its biggest pitch ever. You'll recognise people you know in each character. It's like The Office but better.
What's your favourite movie and why? Le Bossu starring Daniel Auteuil - a French fairy tale on a Shakespearean scale. It's fast-paced, a great story, beautifully shot, has lots of sword fighting and everyone gets what they deserve.
What was your worst holiday and why? Around the world in three weeks - it rained non-stop in LA, the fishing tour in NZ got cancelled, my credit card got cloned in Malaysia, we landed in the Maldives the week after the tsunami and my husband got sick in India.
What was the most embarrassing moment in your life? I used to swim competitively as a child and I was just about to strip my tracksuit off before a race and realised that I hadn't actually put my swimming costume on underneath it. Some things you never get over.
What would you request as your final meal? Scrambled eggs and a cup of PG Tips.
What's your favourite junk food? There is a clear role for Smash in everyone's kitchen cupboard and I'm partial to the odd Coco Pops cereal bar.
If you could star in a television programme, what would it be and why? Well I'd definitely choose Coronation Street over EastEnders but I think it would have to be 24. Hanging out with Jack Bauer and knowing he'd save the world every time
