What's your nickname? Richy Rich
Who was your first teenage crush? 'Wonder Woman' Linda Carter.
When did you first get drunk and what did you drink? A bottle of cider with some friends behind the youth club.
What was the first single you bought? 'Planet Earth' by Duran Duran.
What did you want to be when you were a kid? An astronaut, a vet, a detective and a cat farmer.
What's your favourite book and why? 'If this is a man / The Truce' by Primo Levi. His observations of human behaviour in the book are very interesting and something we can all learn from.
What's your favourite movie and why? 'Jerry Maguire'. Very funny, great characters and lines.
What was your worst holiday and why? Holidays are what you make of them - they're all great.
What was the most embarrassing moment in your life? As a teenager, hitting a van while showing off on my motorcycle in front of my school friends.
Do you have any phobias? Wasps, bees and hornets.
If you could pick a celebrity to join your staff who would it be and why? Sir Alex Ferguson. He would be a success managing in any arena - and our company football team needs some help.
Who would you most like to sit next to on a plane? Kate Moss. She wouldn't take up too much space, probably smells pleasant and wouldn't eat all of her meal.
What would you request as your final meal? Somerset sausages on a bed of mash with an onion gravy. Followed by a cheese board and grapes, and washed down with a pint of our local Butcombe bitter.
What's your favourite junk food? Egg and bacon in a bun.
What's the weirdest thing you've eaten? As a teenager I ate a bowl of dog food at a party to impress a girl. Needless to say she wasn't impressed. It was quite nice though - liver in gravy.
What's your favourite chat-up line? I don't really have one, but if I did it would be something like: "Have you ever kissed a cheesemaker before?"
If you could be invisible for the day, what would you do? Go to school with my daughter to see how she really behaves when I'm not around.
