Model Nell McAndrew added a touch of glamour in spite of the weather at the Royal Highland Show last week.
Nell, star of the Scottish Dairy Marketing Company’s The White Stuff, Milk Moustache campaign, was at the show to mark the first birthday of the campaign.
The promotion has been hailed as having a positive impact on the sector. Independent research has shown that 71% of Scots children now see milk as a popular drink for their age, up 20% from last autumn.
Sandy Wilkie, chair of the SDMC, said: “I think that we have shown that by daring to be different, you can start to make an impact.”
