Position: General manager, Central Services Company: The Co-operative Group The job: McLardy has just been promoted to a newly created position within the Co-operative Group of general manager, Central Services. She has overall responsibility for security and loss prevention across all the organisation's convenience stores and supermarkets as well as non food stores, the distribution supply chain, and the Co-op's head office complex. In her new role, McLardy will also have responsibility for the Co-op's central facilities and head office. She will continue to report to Co-op secretary Nick Eyre. Background: Before joining the Group, McLardy was group security manager for Allsports. Prior to this she spent five years at Woolworth's as security services manager. She joined the Group as head of security in 1998.
