Pernod Ricard has made Georges Nectoux chairman and CEO of Chivas Brothers, its Scotch Whisky business. Chivas Brothers is one of three UK divisions formed following Pernod Ricard's acquisition of Seagram's wine and spirits business last year. Nectoux will head a new nine strong team of directors overseeing all aspects of the business. The team includes Martin Riley, appointed as international marketing director, Ian Grist ­ commercial director for the Americas ­ and Patrick O'Driscoll, commercial director for Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Duty Free. Former chairman of Pernod Ricard Europe, Nectoux reports directly to the Pernod Ricard Group Holding Board.
