Nescafé has added a duo of ambient ready-to-drink iced coffees.
Iced Latte and Iced Caramel Flavour Latte have rolled into Sainsbury’s stores (rsp: £3/750ml).
The “truly indulgent” lattes were made using 100% responsibly sourced coffee and were a source of both calcium and protein, Nescafé said. Each 250ml serving contains 92 calories.
The drinks were designed to be served cold and “could not be easier to prepare”, the supplier said.
“Simply shake the carton well to mix, prepare your chosen glass with ice and pour 250ml over it, then sip and enjoy,” it added.
“We are so excited to be introducing the new Nescafé Iced Lattes to coffee lovers in the UK,” said Ingrid Hayes, marketing director for Nescafé UK & Ireland. “Whether you’re enjoying a well-deserved break or catching up with friends and loved ones, it’s never been easier to enjoy the sweet taste and creamy texture of a perfect iced latte.
“Nescafé is dedicated to meeting the evolving preferences of consumers and we are delighted to showcase this commitment by providing even more ways for coffee drinkers to enjoy the exceptional taste of Nescafé in the comfort of their homes,” Hayes added.
Iced Latte and Iced Caramel Flavour Latte are Nescafé’s first ready-to-drink iced coffee products to be sold in the UK.
It makes iced coffee instant coffee sachets in Salted Caramel and Vanilla Cream, however.
