Buckinghamshire-based Whole Creations has launched a range of pizzas on wholegrain bases.
The four 10-inch pizzas come in mixed pepper & goat’s cheese spinach, ricotta & tomato roasted vegetable and cherry tomato & mozzarella (rsp: £4.99/400-410g), and provide two or three of your five-a-day. They can be sold chilled with a shelf life of seven days, or frozen with a six-month shelf life.
Founder Kate Keane developed the recipes after being unable to find a wholegrain-based pizza on the market herself.
The pizzas have launched into two Budgens stores locally and are rolling out to other indies before launching into Musgrave this month.
