Merchant Gourmet brand owner Leathams has restructured its marketing and sales teams as it prepares for an aggressive product development programme.
Allison May joins from Colgate-Palmolive in the US as the new marketing manager. In her 10 years at Colgate-Palmolive she worked in business development.
May reports to Merchant Gourmet retail director Clive Moxham. She will be assisted by new marketing executive Heidi Goodchild, formerly of Bespoke Foods.
David Binns, from Loseley, becomes Merchant Gourmet's new national account manager.
The team is planning a national advertising campaign for core products in the range.
