Budgens has beefed up its operations team with the appointment of four executives, each of whom will take responsibility for running in the region of 14 stores. Former store manager and 26-year Budgens veteran David Lee takes responsibility for 14 stores in north London. Former store manager, Anthony Powell, takes charge of 12 Essex stores while Steve Franklin, who has managed a number of stores, becomes operations executive responsible for 15 stores in Oxfordshire. Stephen Male, who takes charge of 14 East Anglia stores, joins Budgens from Tesco. {{PEOPLE MOVES }}
