Wines from Alsace will be price promoted throughout August in the Nicolas off licence chain. French promotion body Sopexa has also set up weekend tastings in Nicolas outlets of a Gewurztraminer, a Riesling and a Pinot Gris. Nicolas has 20 outlets in London and the south-east and a Sopexa spokeswoman said: "It is well placed to promote the wines because of its profile as the French wine specialist, and its loyal customer base within affluent London communities." {{DRINKS }}
