Nisa has launched two new cheese selection trays to its Heritage range to capitalise on the demand for cheese over the festive season.
Nisachill senior controller Nick Slater said cheese was the third most shopped category in retail food, “with own label accounting for the majority of sales”. He added that as Christmas approached the new cheese selections could be used “to encourage link purchases, as they are an ideal complement to wine”.
Packaged in a black tray with a clear clip lid the 550g and 240g offerings include French brie, Cheddar, Stilton, Roule and St Paulin.
