Nisa has launched its second annual Cider Festival following the success of last year’s event, which drove almost £1m in additional sales for retailers.
The three-week event runs from 27 March to 16 April with an aim to help members increase sales.
The promotion will feature ciders such as Rekorderlig, Stella Artois Cidre, Kopparberg, Magners and Old Mout.
“Following on from the success of our Cider Festival last year, we are confident that this event will provide a competitive offer for our members and their customers with some market-leading deals on a wide range of ciders,” said Nisa trading controller for beer, ales and cider Leanne Jarrett.
“We hope the event will once again help to drive an uplift in sales and footfall for our members and help them to make the most of key trends within the convenience sector such as the growing world cider opportunity and the ‘big night in’ shopper mission.”
