Nisa-Today's has beefed up its corporate communications team to help publicise the work its members do to support their communities.
Alex Rimmer joins as PR and communications manager and Sarah Callender as PR executive. Both will report to Becky Campbell who has been promoted to head of communications & corporate affairs for the buying group. She has led Nisa's communications team for four years.
The expanded team will work closely with industry trade bodies such as the Association of Convenience Stores to represent its members' interests.
"It is essential that we communicate the benefits our members bring to the communities they serve and ensure their voices are heard across the grocery sector and the wider business arena," said Nisa-Today's chief executive Neil Turton.
"These developments are evidence of our continued commitment to driving effective communication throughout the group," he added.
