Northern Foods names Herrick as new FD

Northern Foods has appointed Simon Herrick as its new group finance director.

Herrick joins the pizza-to-biscuits manufacturer from Kesa Electricals, where he is currently FD.

At Northern he will replace Andrew Booker, who will continue in the role until 31 December. Booker joined Northern just last year, having previously worked at Japan Tobacco International.

“Herrick brings valued expertise and experience to help deliver our ambitious plans,” said Northern chief executive Stefan Barden. “Northern Foods continues to trade in line with expectations and is positioning itself for growth.”
