The Soil Association is targeting a 6% rise in sales of organic food during this year’s Organic September, backed by a multi-platform marketing campaign and an interactive Organic30 list of top products to swap to.
Organic producers, processors, businesses and retailers will combine to celebrate the category, supported by in-store, press and social media, while the Organic30 list will encourage switching to products such as organic milk or wine for a month.
