John Lindop, group finance director for Crans­wick, will retire at the end of May after 17 years with the business. He is to be replaced by Mark Bottomley, who moves up from the role of group financial controller.

Tissue manufacturer LPC Group has named Peter Spencer as its new CEO. He was previously group president of Teleflex Auto­motive, MD of Scotsman Beverage Systems and CEO of electro-mechanical manufacturer Howard Ander­son Group. He also worked for Ford Motor Company for eight years.
