Celebrity chef Yotam Ottolenghi’s enterprise has partnered with food-to-go outfit Yard Sale Pizza to create a new pizza special.
The Ottolenghi Test Kitchen Special pizza, shortened to OTK Special, blends Middle Eastern flavours with a pizza base created by Yard Sale Kitchen.
The pizza is topped with lamb merguez and spiced sweetcorn and topped with zhoug sauce. It’s served alongside a toum (garlic) dip for crusts.
“The Ottolenghi Test Kitchen love Yard Sale Pizza, so we’re excited to be combining big, bold Ottolenghi flavours with their excellent pizza bases for this limited time collab,” said Milli Taylor, head of Ottolenghi Test Kitchen.
Sales of the OTK Special pizzas will make a contribution to charity Magic Breakfast, funding school breakfast clubs “to end child morning hunger for good”. For every pizza sold, the charity will receive 50p.
Vegetarian and vegan options are available, using harissa aubergine to replace the lamb merguez and vegan mozzarella instead of the dairy base.
The OTK Special be available from all 12 Yard Sale shops across London for delivery, collection and dine-in until 29 October.
