Last week The Grocer handed out its annual Gold Awards at a glittering ceremony at Lond’s Guildhall.

Kicking things off is Stephen Hider of Waitrose, explaining why Heston and Delia were key to the supermarket retaining its crown as Grocer of Year.

The winner of our Store Manager of the Year award, Nathen Newark, gets emotional about Asda, while Mandy Flatley pays tribute to her colleagues at Morrisons, which was named employer of the year.

We also talk to suppliers including Bacardi Brown-Forman and Coca-Cola.

The Grocer’s James Halliwell asks the questions.
