Indian food brand Patak's is considering a £200m sale of all or parts of its business.
The group has appointed NM Rothchild to advise on strategic options, according to reports.
“Our goal is to be the world's leading supplier of authentic Indian food and we have exciting plans for the future development of the business,” said CEO Kirit Pathak. “We have, therefore, felt it appropriate to retain Rothchild to assist us in reviewing how best to achieve these ambitions."
