Next year's fourth National Honey Week, organised by the Honey Association, will take place between February 4-10. Dutch bakery Bakkersland is introducing three varieties of De Graaf branded longlife ambient breads to the UK, it has revealed. The new range includes Ciabatta and Focaccia in 225g packs and four croissants in a 100g pack. A 225g mixed pack containing croissants and rolls is also being launched.
