PayPoint is contacting all its retailers to help identify possible future areas of development.
The payment services company will start contacting retailers from 28 August. It has pledged to give £1 to industry charity GroceryAid for every completed survey.
PayPoint said it was an opportunity for retailers to share their thoughts on how PayPoint was progressing and to help identify further areas for focus.
“This is the second wave of our research this year, which will be invaluable in terms of generating feedback to help us improve how we do business with our retail partners,” said PayPoint chief commercial officer Lewis Alcraft.
“Following our last survey earlier this year, we have delivered several service improvements, including enhanced phone-based EPoS training and higher first-time issue resolution when our retail partners contact us.”
