Shareholders of Peninsula Milk Processors have voted in favour of the proposed acquisition by Milk Link. The takeover by the farmer-owned dairy co-operative further strengthens its operations.
Peninsula is based in Okehampton, Devon, and produces fresh milk and clotted cream for major retail, catering and manufacturing customers.
