Sainsbury's chief executive Justin King has a plan. Starting next Tuesday, a new C4 series, I'm Running Sainsbury's, will see King hand over the keys to the boardroom to four shopfloor workers on the premise that the best ideas in business often come from the rank and file. Cameras will follow every challenge, obstacle and success as King and the rest of the executive take directions from a shelf-stacker. We can hardly wait.
