Beamish Irish Stout is being launched in a pint (568ml) bottle by Scottish Courage. Trading director Peter Cook said: "Stout is a major player in the total beer category and is dominated by strong brand leaders. However we have identified an opportunity to introduce new pack sizes and believe we can make a significant contribution to the sector."
