Swedish beer brand Pistonhead has added an unfiltered lager to its core range.
Haze Lager (5.1% abv) has rolled out to distributor Proof Drinks with an rsp of £31.99 for 24x33cl.
The brew was “pale and crisp” with “an extra intense mouthfeel” said Pistonhead.
It is made with Galaxy and Magnum hops - the former of which created “a more intense, citrusy and fruity flavour” according to Pistonhead UK brand manager Stephen Reynolds. The new lager added “an extra level of depth to our ever-expanding range and gives our fanatics even greater choice within the Pistonhead craft beer offering.”
It follows the launch of Pistonhead’s first non-alcoholic beer last year, Flat Tire.
