Walkers and Heinz are teaming up to produce Heinz Tomato Ketchup flavoured crisps.
Walkers already had a Tomato Ketchup flavour but the Heinz version which has taken six months to perfect has proved more popular during trials.
Both brands' logos will appear on pack.
The new crisp flavour will be available later this year backed by a marketing campaign. Sir Steve Redgrave, who Walkers has just signed up to promote its products, is likely to front the Ketchup crisp campaign.
