Pom-Bear and Penn State owner Intersnack has named Nick Ripley as its new head of sales.
Ripley will be responsible for building partnerships with key retail customers, and will be leading a commercial team of 11 people including national account controllers Gary McFarlane and Mark Rides, who joined in the summer.
Prior to Intersnack, Ripley held senior sales and commercial roles with rival snack companies Seabrook Crisps, Tayto Group and Redmill Snack Foods.
He joins at a busy time for the company. This year it has relaunched Penn State and launched its first snack not shaped like a teddy bear under the Pom-Bear brand.
