Prince de Bretagne intends to strengthen its presence in the UK market this spring says marketing director Olivier Sinquin.
The promotional and marketing organisation representing France's most important salad and vegetable region is developing a widening range of mini vegetables to be displayed at Harrods in mid April.
Last month it gave a further indication of how it is flexing its muscles by cooking cauliflower for consumers at 25 Tesco stores, linked to a 40p off redemption coupon.
Certainly there will be no shortages this year the crop forecast is for 105 million heads.
