New senior teams have been appointed to run each group, with chief executives reporting to chairman Kevin Narita.
Current group chief executive John Harrison becomes vice-chairman.

And, finally, Princes Soft Drinks (UK and Europe), incorporating the existing UK based division and, says the group, indicating its growth ambitions in Europe.
