Traditional cheese supplier Quicke’s has picked up a listing for its extra mature Cheddar in 168 Morrisons stores across the South West and South East of England.
Quicke’s Extra Mature Cheddar went on sale in cheese aisles last week (rsp: £3.26/200g) in a branded pre-pack format.
It was produced with milk from the cheesemaker’s herd of cows in Devon, and aged in cloth for 18 to 21 months.
“We’re delighted to have broadened Quicke’s availability in the South West and the South East,” said sales and marketing manager Tom Chatfield. “Having traditional, clothbound Cheddar available in a pre-pack really helps to provide consumers with greater choice.”
