Tesco has launched its latest brand tie-up with former TOWIE star Billie Faiers and her new home and lifestyle brand, Chapter B.
The brand will launch a collection of homeware, children’s stationery and craft products in the supermarket from the beginning of next month, having already launched in retailers Next and Very
Products will include vases, cushions, candles and diffusers. Children’s stationery and craft items under the ‘Chapter B Kids Club’ banner include kindness cards, journals and make your own sets.
The move comes with Tesco looking to build on previous brands such as Mrs Hinch and Fox & Ivy to repurpose space in its larger stores.
Last week the supermarket snapped up high street retail brand Paperchase, saying it planned to give it a presence in stores across the UK, though the move did not include its stores.
Faiers, who now stars in ITVBe TV show Billie & Greg: The Family Diaries, has worked with consumer product experts Hunter Price International to develop a range for Tesco, which it said embodied affordable luxe design.
Prices for the collection will range from £3 to £16.
Faiers said: “The home aisle is always a go-to destination every time I go to the supermarket, so to see Chapter B in Tesco will be a huge moment for the brand and I. It’s the perfect place to pick up some great pieces for all over the home.
“The way consumers shop for homeware is always evolving and it was really important for us to have a passionate and supportive grocery partner to continue to work on our long-term brand objective – which is to become a leading home and lifestyle brand in the UK.”
Allana Holmes, home & lifestyle sales director at Hunter Price International, said: “Our partnership with Tesco and Chapter B marks the beginning of the second phase in the retail strategy for the brand.”
