Companies exhibiting under the Heart of England Fine Foods (HEFF) banner include Benso's Fruit Juices, Westons Cider, The Best of Taste Company, Perfection Foods, Essential Dressings, Turkey Talk and Wilds Brewery.

"All the components of getting an exhibition stand together is time-consuming and can be a headache," says Jeremy Benson, MD of Benson's. "By teaming up with HEFF we get all the logistical stuff taken care of and find that the association with a leading food group helps elevate our profile and attract interest to our stand."



Fourteen businesses are exhibiting under the Deliciously Yorkshire banner, with help from the Regional Food Group for Yorkshire and Humber and Yorkshire Forward. These will include North Yorkshire cheesemaker Shepherd's Purse, Piper's Crisps, Holme Farmed Venison, Grandma's Wild Biscuits, nut supplier Zeina Foods, Mackenzies Yorkshire Smokehouse, travel sweet manufacturer AL Simpkin, confectionery supplier Burnt Sugar, Farrah's Harrogate Toffee, The Real Yorkshire Pudding Company, Swaledale Cheese Company, Kitchen Guru and ice cream supplier Yorvale. Food From Britain will be hosting seminars on its stand, including snapshots of latest developments in export markets and opportunities in alternative retail and ethnic foods.



More than 30 manufacturers will be exhibiting under the South West Food and Drink banner. These include Callestick Farm Cornish Dairy ice cream, Purbeck ice cream, The Cornish Cyder Farm and The Snack Co. Organic juices and soft drinks will be showcased by Luscombe Organic Drinks, and Cornish Country Larder will be displaying its collection of Cornish bries and goat's cheeses. Burts Potato Chips, which produces parsnip chips, salsa relish and a no-salt variety for kids, will also be in this section.
