Richmond Ice Cream has recruited Ruth Levison to the newly-created post of customer development co-ordinator to work with supermarket customers on new own label products.
She has seven years’ experience in the food industry and was previously a quality
assurance technologist for confectionery at Woolworths. She has also worked for Streamline Foods, Waitrose and John Lewis.
The company has also recruited Edward Dawson and Chirag Pandya as development technologists. Dawson moves from foodservice supplier Conquest Foods where he worked in development and buying. Pandya joins from Mother Dairy in India, where he was technical officer in the ice cream section. Marketing director Kate Needham said: “Richmond has an award-winning reputation for npd and these appointments reflect our commitment to product innovation.”
